Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT only! All returned items must be received within 14 business days of purchase date. We do not issue refunds! Any returns past 14 days will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. 

Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted. 

All returns must be in perfect condition to be accepted. No makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, smoke, or stains of any kind be accepted.

No return authorization is needed. Please include your invoice with your return! Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. A store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 1 year from date of issue. 

Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving order. Please email us and forward any photos of any damage.
